Description: Project Integrity International proposes the plan for an international franchise system of sustainable worker-owned cooperatives that will provide endless economic and social opportunities for those who choose to hop on board. By combining the mutuality, respect, and fairness inherent in the cooperative model with the efficiency, profitability, and sturdiness of the franchising system, PII lays down the grounds for a cleaner, safer, more enjoyable world economy and environment.

Description: Every problem can be seen as an opportunity or an area of improvement. Almost everyone in the world is more than happy to give ideas to the solve problems that people living in their area are facing. Sometimes their ideas to resolve the problem are best solutions to the problems. The idea is to utilize their potential by creating a website where people will visit and give their ideas on the problems. These ideas can be reviewed by the government agencies or people selected by the government. The best idea can be chosen. The person who gives that idea will be awarded. He can also be allowed to participate in the process in which its solution will be implemented.

Description: According to statistics, almost 95% of the new businesses fail, implying that only 5% are successful. The big question is why such a big number of businesses fail. 95% failure consists of waste of lots of money, manpower, time and resources. I have an idea that can save businesses that failure. Everyone understands the importance of data related to the business. Data itself has no value but when it is collected and presented in the form of graphs and charts that can predict the trend in business, it can tell which particular area of business requires attention and can therefore save businesses that may fail in future. My idea is to open a company that will serve to the needs of new businesses; my company will provide them consultancy on the areas they should concentrate upon, areas which are profitable and areas that are loss making. A combination of Data warehouse tools, analysis tools and Six Sigma can turn a failing business into a successful one.

Description: What is the power source that reaches every point of earth? The source that can solve the power problem looming over the world and has the potential to solve the issues related to carbon footprints, power generation sources, pollution due to non-renewable power generation resources. The source has never ending power. There is only one answer, Sun. Solar energy has the potential to change the face of earth which is now distorted due to pollution emitting from use of non-renewable energy resources such as coal, wood, petroleum. Solar energy is the most underutilized renewable energy resource. Only 4% of the world energy is generated using solar energy equipments. My company will help the citizens of the developing and developed countries to understand the benefits of solar energy, will provide solar energy equipments, and maintenance of the same. Thus, maximizing the use of solar energy and thus reduce the dependency on non-renewable resources and making earth a better place to live in.
